Pet Service Agreement (PSA) - Columbia, SC

FETCH! agrees to provide exceptional care for the pets specified in the FETCH! Work Order. Such care includes, but not limited to the following:
Pet care
Watering plants as necessary
Collecting mail
Rotating lights and blinds
Medications as noted on FETCH!'s Work Order
Any additional services requested by the customer and agreed upon by FETCH!

Additional fees may be charged by FETCH! if additional services are requested.

The Pet Owner will provide all food and supplies. FETCH! reserves the right to purchase additional food and/or supplies for pet(s) if needed. Pet Owner agrees to reimburse FETCH! for additional food and/or supplies which may require FETCH! charging the credit/debit card listed below.

It is understood and agreed that this agreement will be in effect for all future pet services needed. A new agreement must be executed if the Pet Owner moves.

A lockbox can be purchased by the Pet Owner to house keys if necessary.

In the event of an emergency involving the health of any pet being cared for by FETCH! The Pet Owner hereby authorizes FETCH! to obtain veterinarian care by the veterinarian specified by the Pet Owner. Pet Owner further authorizes FETCH! to incur veterinarian costs in the name of Pet Owner. Pet Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FETCH! from any liability arising from any and all veterinary charges. The Pet Owner may incur an additional cost if FETCH! must transport pet(s) to the vet or wait at the vet.

All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations.

FETCH!'s insurance company shall be wholly liable for all claims of injury, death, damage or loss to Owner's pet(s) or property. As further consideration for the services rendered, Pet Owner agrees to waive and release FETCH! and/or their representatives from any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of Owner's pet(s) and from any claim for loss and/or damage to Pet Owner's property including, but not limited to, that caused by Owner's pet(s). Owner agrees to be responsible for any claim for injury, loss, and/or death of representative of FETCH! caused by Owner's pet(s) and/or Pet Owner's property. Pet Owner agrees to be responsible for any damages done at home of any FETCH! representative by Owner's pets at time of boarding, day or evening care performed at the home of FETCH! representative. If Pet Owner specifically requests that their dog be walked/exercised off-leash, Pet Owner agrees to reimburse FETCH! for up to $500 insurance deductible if a claim is to be submitted for injury/damage sustained while their dog was off-leash.



Pet and home care fees will be incurred by Pet Owner and will be charged by FETCH! to Pet Owner's credit/debit card provided to our office at the completion of all said care listed on the Work Order. A $25 late fee will be incurred if amount owed is not received by FETCH! within 10 days of the end of the service and will continue each month thereafter until paid. A “Return Check Charge” of no less than $25 will be incurred for all returned checks. A cancellation charge of $20.00 will be applied for assignments cancelled less than 24 hours before assignment is to start.

Any declaration of dissatisfaction with service and/or request for refund must be done within 10 days after completion of service.

Pet Owner agrees to contract work directly through FETCH!, and not privately with any FETCH! representative. Pet Owner agrees to pay a Placement & Referral Fee if the Pet Owner directly employs or contracts with any FETCH! Employee for one year after service date. In such instances, the Pet Owner agrees to pay a fee to FETCH! in the amount of the greater of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).

This contract is governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina and any actions by the parties to enforce terms of the contract must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the city of Columbia state of South Carolina. The prevailing party in any legal action brought under this agreement is entitled to recover their reasonable attorney's fees and costs from the other party.

It is hereby understood that FETCH! will charge the credit/debit card listed below for pet sitting fees and incurred charges. It is also understood that all fees paid are non-refundable, however a non-transferable credit may be issued by FETCH! and held on file for all unused visits for a period of 12 months from the date of notification of cancellation. Pet Owner is responsible for the attorney's costs for any legal action necessary for enforcement of this agreement.
